🔍 Goals for the Night

• Set up a structured development workflow in Notion.
• Establish a clear task roadmap for execution.
• Define an approach for project documentation & storytelling.
• Begin brainstorming AI-driven prompts and game mechanics.

📌 What We Accomplished

✅ Notion Board Fully Set Up – Organized tasks into Backlog, To Do, In Progress, Blocked, and Done for better project tracking.

✅ Development Strategy Locked In – Defined the first steps for technical implementation, AI prompt engineering, and visual design.

✅ AI Role Delegation – Established which AI models will handle specific tasks (Claude Opus for system logic, GPT-4 for coding, MidJourney for assets, etc.).

✅ Project Documentation Plan – Decided to track progress in Notion, LinkedIn, and potential video snippets for portfolio visibility.

✅ Generated First MidJourney Visuals – Started shaping the atmosphere & aesthetic for Vision Quest’s world.

🛠 Challenges & Solutions

❌ Issue: Struggled with renaming & customizing Notion board columns.

✔ Solution: Realized that Notion requires modifying the “Status” property rather than direct column renaming. Once fixed, the workflow became seamless.

❌ Issue: Balancing game mechanics, AI reflection, and user experience.
